I’m Gina!

I’m the Founder and Creative here at Eco Mindful Lei. I received my license to practice psychotherapy in 2011 & trained in Mindful Based Stress Reduction. I have my 200-hour yoga teacher certification, am a Reiki Master, and a steward of this ‘Aina (land).

I am also a Sustainability Advocate and Educator.

I believe strongly that connecting with nature IS therapy.
Eco Mindful Lei is so much more than lei.
It is medicine.

It is therapeutic.

It is feeling seen.

I’m here to help you connect with flowers, connect with yourself, connect with like-minded community, and enhance your well-being. Check out one of my workshops to feel what I mean.

I am passionate about giving back to my local community here in Waikiki & Oahu. I am proud to be a part of Halau o’ Kahiwahiwa learning from Kumu Auli’i Mitchell.

A portion of each workshop's proceeds is donated back to local community organizations that focus on principles of Aloha Āina, Sustainability, Hawaiian Culture & Arts perpetuation, & protection of local women & children in need.

You can catch me volunteering at local farms, lo’i, in the community garden, shopping locally, or riding my bike with my daughter in Waikīkī.
