Learn the Mindful Art of Lei Po’o
Join Eco Mindful Lei under a tree at the iconic Waikiki Surf beach where we will be creating a sustainable, flower crown lei — called Lei Po’o. With plenty of shade and the beautiful ocean breezes, we will mindfully enliven all of our senses while using a wili wrapping technique. Each participant will have at least 6 types of foliage to choose from to create their own unique, 100% biodegradable / compostable lei.

We will open with mindful meditation This will help enter the healthy "flow state" that creating in nature can ease our brains into.
As we move into mindfully learning the beautiful art of creating a gorgeous Lei Po’o in a pono & sustainable way. We will see, smell, hear, & feel all of our surroundings. Expanding your appreciation of Hawaii’s special environment. Tuning into our inner & outer worlds.
In closing, we will show respect and gratitude with a final mahalo.
