Cancellation Policy
Floral Order
Due to the nature of floral work and the advance sourcing of materials, all floral orders require thoughtful planning and preparation.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled pickup or delivery date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable costs already incurred (such as specialty flowers or custom materials ordered specifically for your design).
Cancellations made within 6 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable, as flowers and supplies have already been sourced and design time has been reserved.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
If an unexpected situation arises, I am always happy to explore alternatives such as rescheduling or converting your order into a different floral arrangement, when possible. Mahalo for understanding and supporting small, sustainable floral work.
Event & Workshop Booking Cancellation Policy (with Security Deposit)
A security deposit is required to reserve your event date and time. This deposit reflects the planning, sourcing, and calendar hold involved in preparing for your event.
The security deposit is non-refundable once the event is booked.
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event date may be eligible to apply any remaining balance paid (excluding the deposit) toward a future event or workshop within 6 months, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 13 days of the event forfeit all payments made, as materials, staffing, and preparation are already underway.
In the event that Eco Mindful Lei must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments including the deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a rescheduled date, at the client’s choice.
Weather-related or unforeseen circumstances will be handled with care and flexibility whenever possible, and rescheduling may be offered at my discretion.
